I am a former traveller and nomad
In 2010, I sold the little possessions I had to leave with a one-way ticket to Sri Lanka. Folks thought I'd come back crying after a few weeks, but this was the start of an 8 years adventure around 4 continents, focussed on surviving, and eventually learning to thrive. As an autistic with CPTSD, life had been particularly hard until that point. Leaving was the only way I could find to change my perspective and my relationship with the others and the world.
During these years I have documented my travels, encounters and experiences as a rootless being on the french blog Vie Nomade and in my photography portfolio. Although many of the views don't represent who I am today anymore, most of the stories are still very dear to my heart and the project is kept alive as an archive to document the alternative life of a marginalized soul.
